Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university pursuing a degree related to Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, or Contracts.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day procurement activities including purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Support supplier quotes, pricing, and related documentation processes.
• Maintain procurement and contract records and trackers.
• Assist with reviewing contracts for completeness under supervision.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Legal and other teams as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations for procurement and contracts activities.
