Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Contract Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day procurement activities: purchase requests, orders, and supplier communications.
• Help organize supplier quotes, pricing, and related documents.
• Research and onboard vendors; maintain procurement, contract, and supplier records.
• Support contract administration: track status, expirations, and required docs.
• Maintain trackers, reports, and assist with procure-to-pay documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Legal and cross-functional teams.
