Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in HR, business, psychology, or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• English language proficiency required.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship; visa restrictions noted.
• ITAR/EAR considerations require US person status.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Support applicant tracking systems and recruiting documentation.
• Assist with onboarding activities including preparing new hire materials and coordinating pre-employment requirements.
• Help maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events.
• Conduct research and assist with HR projects, process improvements, and reporting activities.
• Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials to support People Operations initiatives.
• Participate in recruiting, HR, and cross-functional team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and candidate information.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
