Job summary

You'll map workflows, conduct time and takt studies, analyze data, review routing, and participate in lean activities, while collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Operations teams. Pre-employment drug screen required; salary $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, process-mapping tools, or basic CAD.
• Interest in Lean, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Map workflows, document material flow, and identify bottlenecks.
• Collect cycle-time data and assist labor estimate refinement.
• Analyze throughput, labor standards, and production metrics.
• Review routing to ensure alignment with production.
• Participate in 5S and other lean improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
