Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing an engineering degree at a college/university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Excel and process-mapping tools.
• Interest in aerospace manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Update work instructions, process sheets, and controlled documents.
• Observe assembly steps; gather feedback and help resolve issues.
• Collect cycle-times and throughput data for labor estimates.
• Validate routing accuracy against production practices.
• Participate in 5S and waste-reduction projects.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
