Data Analysis - Analyze throughput, labor standards, and production metrics.
Routing Review - Validate routing accuracy and workflow alignment with actual production.
Lean Activities - Participate in 5S, waste‑reduction efforts, and small improvement projects.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Work with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with Excel, process‑mapping tools, or basic CAD
Interest in Lean, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement
Clear communication and teamwork skills
