Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Manager in Dickinson, ND to steer high‑stakes aerospace programs from kickoff through delivery, safeguarding schedule, cost, quality, and customer confidence across wire‑harness and chassis builds.

You will coordinate Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain, track performance, prepare dashboards and status reports, and support corrective actions to drive on‑time delivery and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret production data and trends.
• Excellent communication and clear updates across teams.
• Solid organizational skills to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Excel/Office, ERP/MRP systems, and program dashboards.
• Customer-focused judgment with ability to escalate issues with facts and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to keep builds moving and issues visible.
• Track cost and schedule performance, monitor production metrics, and maintain line-of-balance charts—flag risks before delays.
• Prepare program documentation, meeting materials, dashboards, and weekly/monthly status reports for leadership and customers.
• Support corrective actions, root-cause investigations, PRAs, and Lean/CIP activities to strengthen performance and reduce waste.
• Help maintain AS9100 and IPC/WHMA‑A‑620 compliant documentation and controlled processes.
• Assist customer communication, helping prepare updates, review materials, and clear summaries to reinforce trust.
