Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing in Dickinson, ND is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience improving production workflows and supporting continuous improvement in our aerospace electronics manufacturing team.

You'll map workflows, analyze throughput and labor standards, review routing, and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations to drive lean initiatives while learning from experienced mentors in a safety-focused

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, process-mapping tools, or basic CAD.
• Interest in Lean, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.

KMM is looking for a motivated Industrial Engineering Intern to join our aerospace electronics manufacturing team for Summer 2027. This internship offers hands‑on experience improving production workflows, analyzing labor standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

What You'll Work On
