Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Interest in Lean, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in workflow mapping to document material flow and identify bottlenecks.
• Analyze throughput, labor standards, and production metrics.
• Review routing accuracy and ensure alignment with actual production.
• Participate in 5S and waste-reduction projects.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
