Job summary

The position emphasizes collaboration with design and operations teams, with a focus on solving complex manufacturing challenges and implementing tooling and equipment enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Aerospace Engineering or related field; security clearance required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Experience with blueprints/ GD&T standards and 3D modeling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and instill a strong safety culture in daily operations.
• Develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
• Support composites manufacturing, machining, rubber layup and molding, chemical bonding, primers and coatings, and complex assemblies.
• Perform root cause analysis to permanently eliminate defects.
• Collaborate with concurrent engineering to create Build-to-Packages and engineering documents.
• Prepare and present technical reviews to leadership and customers.
