Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. (AU) is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Process Engineer to develop and maintain robust manufacturing processes for advanced microelectronics. You will justify ROI for improvements, manage design tooling, and coordinate equipment for production readiness.

The role requires CAD modeling, experience with Unigraphics NX and Teamcenter, and the ability to work a 4th shift. U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Secret clearance are required, with a strong foundation in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM area and at least 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering, Production, or related area; OR a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
Fluency in MS Office software applications.
3D Solid Modeling experience using a CAD software.
Ability to work 4th Shift.
Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Process Development: Develop, maintain and improve manufacturing processes with focus on production capability and affordability.
Provide ROI justification for process improvements and manage project plans for process development activities.
Create/design custom tooling and procure new manufacturing equipment for production readiness.
Develop and optimize process parameters and document work instructions.
