Job summary

voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead process improvements for aerospace components. You will review designs for compliance, assist in tooling development, troubleshoot issues, and develop efficient processes for new and existing equipment.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, urgency, and cross-functional collaboration with operations to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or process engineering roles in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiar with metal-forming processes such as roll forming, stamping, CNC machining or laser cutting.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and product improvement initiatives and review designs for compliance with engineering standards.
• Assist in tooling tryout and development, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and develop processes for new and existing equipment.
• Prepare reports, identify production trends and provide recommendations; drive continuous improvement and safety.
