Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our fast-paced aerospace components manufacturing facility. If you thrive on leading multiple high-priority projects, driving process improvements, and partnering with operations to deliver results, this role is for you.
Our ideal candidate is a hands‑on problem solver with a strong sense of urgency, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
In this role, you will serve as a technical specialist supporting the operations team.

Competencies - To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Process engineering, tooling design, machine troubleshooting, process improvements, and safety consciousness. Strong problem-solving skills also required.
This position is overtime-exempt and will primarily workeight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 7AM-4PM Monday to Friday or similar.
