Responsibilities
- Solve technical problems on the shop floor and support operations.
- Collect data, prepare reports, identify production trends, and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement manufacturing standards and process changes.
- Conduct time studies, process capability, and uptime analyses to meet goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
