Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our fast-paced aerospace components manufacturing facility. If you thrive on leading multiple high-priority projects, driving process improvements, and partnering with operations to deliver results, this role is for you.
Our ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a strong sense of urgency, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you will serve as a technical specialist supporting the operations team. You will lead process and product improvement initiatives, review product designs for compliance with engineering standards, assist in tooling tryout and development, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and develop processes for new and existing equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Others as assigned.
Competencies - To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Process engineering, tooling design, machine troubleshooting, process improvements, and safety consciousness. Strong problem-solving skills also required.
Schedule: This position is overtime-exempt and will primarily workeight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 7AM – 4PM Monday to Friday or similar.
