Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Experience leading large DO-178C software efforts.
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
10+ years of technical leadership in certifiable aerospace systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong experience with MS Excel or Power BI for status tracking visuals.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Experience with Primavera P6, Azure DevOps and/or Microsoft Project.
Experience in C#, C, and Python.

Responsibilities

Develop technical processes to execute safety-critical projects including DO-178C verification.
Onboard, mentor, and guide engineers and sub-leads to grow high-performing remote teams.
Primary customer interface for technical execution, input reviews, issue escalation, and team status.
Capture, refine, and present technical topics and status such as detailed tracking visuals, process changes, or scope impacts.
Evaluate project timelines, deadlines, and budget, identify potential delays and overruns, and facilitate technical risk mitigations.
Lead Product Owner responsibilities for agile teams.
Estimate future activities for scope impacts and forecasting.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Control Account Managers, and client on Earned Value Management plans and status.
Manage customer relationships and support business development activities.
