• 5+ years' experience as a Program Manager within aerospace, defense or national security.
• Experience managing fast-paced engineering development programs and complex hardware projects.
• Ability to manage cost, schedule and technical performance to milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from proposal through design, prototyping, development, test and delivery.
• Own cost, schedule, technical performance and contractual milestones.
• Drive shorter development cycles with rapid design iterations and testing.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Interface with U.S. Government and defense customers.
• Manage program risks, requirements and changing priorities.
• Support proposals, contracts and future program opportunities.
