Program Manager – Los Angeles, CA | $150,000 – $250,000 + Bonus + Equity & Strong Benefits

Are you an experienced Program Manager delivering complex aerospace or defense programs in fast-paced engineering environments?

Do you have experience taking programs from initial concept through rapid development, prototyping, testing and delivery?

Would you like to join a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturer accelerating the development of critical hardware for some of the most advanced military platforms in the world?

We’re partnered with a fast-growing aerospace & defense manufacturer focused on the rapid development, prototyping and manufacturing of critical components and subsystems for next-generation and existing military platforms.

Following continued growth and new program awards, they’re looking for a Program Manager to lead fast-paced aerospace development programs, working closely with engineering teams and U.S. Government customers to drive products through design, iterative development, testing and delivery.

The Role:

• Lead programs from proposal through design, rapid prototyping, development, test and delivery
• Own cost, schedule, technical performance and contractual milestones
• Drive shorter development cycles, working closely with engineering teams to support rapid design iterations and testing
• Work cross-functionally across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain
• Act as a key interface with U.S. Government and defense customers
• Manage program risks, requirements and changing customer priorities
• Support proposals, contracts and future program opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience as a Program Manager within aerospace, defense or national security
• Experience managing fast-paced engineering development programs, rapid prototyping or complex hardware product lines
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary programs to cost and schedule
• Strong understanding of aerospace/defense product development, testing and program execution
• Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams through design, development and testing
• FAR/DFARS, rapid prototyping or OTA exposure would be advantageous
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
