Qualifications

• Experience managing hardware-led product development programs (do not focus on IT/software).
• Familiarity with DO-178/DO-254/DO-160 is a plus.
• Proven ability to own budgets, schedules, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programs across hardware, firmware, and software elements.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Own program financials including budgets, forecasts, EAC/ETC, margins.
• Lead phase-gate reviews (Kickoff, SRR, PDR, CDR, FCA/PCA).
• Identify and mitigate risks; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Support proposals and cost/effort estimates; mentor PMs.
