Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a highly driven Plant Fulfillment Manager at our Centennial, Colorado facility to own end-to-end material flow and delivery performance. You will ensure the right material is available to support production and drive on-time engine delivery to customers.

The role requires cross-functional leadership across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and engineering in a fast-paced aerospace environment, with a focus on schedule adherence and compliance with AS9100 and DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production control, or supply chain execution in aerospace/defense.
• Proven ability to drive execution and manage cross-functional interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fulfillment execution at the plant, ensuring material readiness and alignment to production schedules.
• Drive on-time start and on-time delivery performance, identifying and mitigating risks to schedule adherence.
• Identify upcoming capacity constraints and work with the team to mitigate gaps and ensure schedule attainment.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and engineering to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
• Translate master production schedules into daily/weekly execution plans and monitor shop-floor performance.
