Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead manufacturing readiness, scheduling, risk and cost management for jet propulsion hardware. You will partner with engineering and supply chain to translate technical requirements into executable sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery plans at the Centennial, Colorado facility.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, cost control, and meeting critical deadlines in a security-clearance‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience with additive/manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing product development team activities and ensure stakeholder accountability.
• Create and manage project schedules; coordinate with operations for hardware delivery.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and changes with engineering and supply chain teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Work with vendors to obtain quotes, issue POs, and manage schedules.
• Develop and optimize machining supply chain and onboard vendors.
• Track progress through processes to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Assist with cost forecasting and budget management.
