Job summary

Beehive Industries in Centennial, CO seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to own process execution and production readiness across additive manufacturing, machining, assembly, and inspection. You will translate strategy into capable, repeatable production processes and lead NPIs through ramp.

The role requires a technical degree, CAD skills (Siemens NX/Teamcenter), and proven experience with tight-tolerance manufacturing, GD&T, and cross-functional collaboration. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field related to manufacturing.
• Experience developing, implementing, qualifying, and sustaining manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with CAD tools; Siemens NX and Teamcenter preferred.
• Knowledge of GD&T and link between requirements and processes.
• Experience supporting NPI, production transition, and sustained production.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing process execution, capability, and production readiness for assigned areas.
• Translate product strategy and requirements into repeatable, scalable production processes.
• Develop, qualify, and improve processes across additive manufacturing, machining, assembly, inspection, and post-processing.
• Lead process implementation from NPI through ramp and sustained production.
• Maintain PFMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, control plans, and standard work.
• Ensure critical characteristics are controlled and verified in manufacturing.
• Provide technical support to Operations for safety, quality, and throughput issues.
• Lead changes in tooling, programming, routings, and operator instructions.
• Monitor site manufacturing performance: yield, scrap, cycle time, throughput, OEE.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Lifecycle Manufacturing Eng., Design Eng., Quality, Supply Chain).
