Job summary

Beehive Industries, located in Centennial, CO, seeks a Supplier Delivery Leader to manage supplier delivery commitments and drive recovery actions to support production.

Ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and able to coordinate across Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Assembly, and Quality teams while managing risks and maintaining on-time delivery metrics. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain or related field.
• 5–7 years of procurement, production control, or supply chain experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage supplier relationships.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Procurement contact for supplier delivery issues.
• Partner with Assembly and Manufacturing Programs to set production priorities.
• Participate in production readiness and build-plan reviews.
• Identify material shortages and coordinate recovery actions.
• Escalate delivery risks to Beehive leadership.
• Develop supplier delivery scorecards and performance metrics.
• Track On-Time Delivery and schedule attainment.
• Maintain visibility to open and past-due orders.
