Job summary

Beehive Industries, located in Centennial, Colorado, seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead manufacturing readiness, schedules, risks, costs, and delivery commitments for jet propulsion components. You will align with engineering and supply chain to translate requirements into actionable sourcing, production, and delivery plans.

The role emphasizes collaboration across engineering and manufacturing, cost forecasting, and meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years of project management experience; additive manufacturing experience desired.
• PMP certification desired but not required.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the Manufacturing Product Development Team activities and ensure stakeholders are informed and accountable.
• Create and manage project schedules; coordinate with operations and other departments to deliver hardware.
• Communicate with engineering on progress, setbacks, obstacles, and improvements during manufacturing.
• Anticipate risks and implement mitigation actions; flow customer requirements into manufacturing reviews.
• Work with outside vendors to get quotes, issue purchase orders, and manage schedules.
• Establish machining supply chain strategy and onboard external vendors for projects.
• Track hardware through the process to ensure timely delivery to the next operation and end customer.
• Coordinate with departments to address non-conformances and engineering change notices.
