Job summary

Collins Aerospace operates an Order Administrator role at the Federal Way Service Center. You will coordinate repair orders, manage logistics, and ensure timely customer communication in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes inventory and material-handling tasks, SAP data entry, and collaboration with internal teams to meet repair requirements. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, at the Federal Way facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or AA/AS with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience communicating with internal and/or external customers.
• Preferred aerospace/MRO experience is a plus.
• Experience using SAP or another ERP system.
• Experience with order administration, logistics, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day customer service and order administration activities, including repair order management, logistics coordination, contract requirements, and customer communication.
• Process customer repair orders per established procedures and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Manage high volumes of customer communications, order information, and data with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to meet requirements and customer expectations.
• Create, maintain, and verify documentation for receipt, movement, repair, and shipment of customer equipment.
• Use SAP to enter, maintain, and retrieve order, repair, material, and inventory information.
• Physically receive, unpack, inspect, and move customer products through the repair process.
• Assist with inventory control, including receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, and locating parts.
• Perform periodic inventory verification and cycle counting; reconcile discrepancies.
• Support organized flow of materials in repair and stockroom areas.
• Track and trace incoming/outgoing materials, shipments, and customer equipment.
• Partner with internal departments regarding warranty, billing, and material availability.
• Maintain knowledge of Collins Aerospace products and processes to assist customers.
• Document customer needs and service issues to support quality and improvement.
