Pursuit Aerospace in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Operations Manager to lead manufacturing and technical operations, overseeing production, engineering, maintenance, and continuous improvement to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

This hands-on, high-impact role partners with engineering, quality and supply chain to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and develop leadership talent across Supervisors, Engineers and Team Leads.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying Kaizen/Lean manufacturing tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction for all manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Develop and monitor operational strategies aligned with vision, customer requirements and growth plans.
• Optimize use of people, equipment, and materials to meet production schedules.
• Establish SOPs and production control processes; drive corrective actions to meet targets.
• Lead continuous improvement culture to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Track KPIs and implement data-driven solutions to improve performance.
• Promote quality and regulatory compliance with AS9100, OSHA standards.
