Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Minimum of 3 additional years in manufacturing/production.
• GE Leadership Program may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end manufacturing support for an afterburner component.
• Lead ergonomics, safety, and shop-floor execution improvements.
• Drive improvements in FTY, productivity, and overall efficiency.
• Reduce inactive hardware, aged WIP, and cost of quality.
• Support process redesign and lean layout optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments for a $66M business.
