GE Aerospace seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to define and control production processes, validate designs, and lead teams. You will influence strategy for the area, manage resources, and tackle complex engineering challenges with sound judgment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to policy objectives. A strong track record in manufacturing and project leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Established project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
• Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
• Lead or contribute to small to medium teams of professionals.
• Influence development of strategy for area of responsibility and resource control.
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products and processes.
• Stay informed on industry trends to inform work.
• Use judgment to handle complex tasks in engineering, manufacturing or product management.
• Provide recommendations and new solutions beyond set parameters.
• Lead functional teams or projects with limited resources and risk.
