Job summary

Teledyne Micropac is seeking a Program Manager, New Product Introduction, to lead cross-functional teams in developing and launching high‑reliability aerospace and defense products. This role drives programs from concept through production release and coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, customers, and suppliers to meet technical, schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading new product development and NPI programs from concept through production release.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, phase-gate processes, and product launch methodologies.
• Experience managing aerospace/defense/high-reliability manufacturing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI programs from concept through design, qualification, production release, and lifecycle transition.
• Direct cross-functional IPTs across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Business Development.
• Act as primary interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on status, risks, and issues.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate product development activities including reviews, risk assessments, qualification planning, and readiness.
• Drive timely resolution of technical, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain issues.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead phase-gate reviews and ensure environmental, electrical, mechanical, and reliability testing requirements are met.
• Support proposal development, basis of estimates, and product roadmaps.
