Job summary

Collins Aerospace, at our Phoenix Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul facility, seeks a Customer Account Analyst to liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring repair orders flow smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes managing high-volume orders, coordinating with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Finance, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. A university degree plus 2 years’ experience is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in procurement, buying, or supplier management in aerospace or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing timely communication and exceptional service throughout the repair process.
• Manage a high volume of repair orders, overseeing 200+ active orders at any given time while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customer requirements and delivery commitments.
• Administer commercial and military repair orders from receipt through completion, including order entry, quoting, updates, and invoicing support.
• Review and ensure compliance with customer contractual requirements to achieve satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting on-time delivery and financial outcomes.
• Investigate warranty claim validity and disposition.
• Prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure compliance with Global Trade regulations and company policies.
• Utilize systems and reporting tools to manage order status and performance metrics.
