Qualifications

• High volume order processing daily with 200+ orders.
• Maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment.
• Manage customer interactions internal and external.
• Process and administer commercial and/or military repair orders: acknowledge, quote, exchange, and invoice.

Responsibilities

• Managing, interpreting, and executing customer contractual requirements.
• Effectively processing orders to maintain customer service levels and mitigate on-time delivery risk and financial penalties.
• Determining the validity and disposition of warranty claims.
• Adhere to Global Trade compliance regulations.

Job description

• High level of computer transactions daily, administering 200+ orders at any given time
• Proven ability to maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment
• Customer interaction management, both internal and external
• Administering commercial and/or military repair orders; included by not limited to acknowledging, quoting, exchanging, and invoicing customer orders
• Managing, interpreting, and executing customer contractual requirements
• Effectively processing orders to maintain customer service levels and proactively mitigate on-time delivery risk and financial penalties
• Determining validity and disposition of warranty claims
• Adhering to Global Trade compliance regulations
