Responsibilities

Provide functional leadership to a section of RF engineers, including performance management, staffing, and talent development.
Serve as a technical contributor or engineering manager on antenna range development, installation, and problem solving.
Lead design, development, integration, and qualification of RF hardware for antenna systems.
Oversee supplier engineering activities to meet program technical, cost, and schedule objectives.
Perform RF analysis, simulation, integration, verification, troubleshooting, and qualification testing.
Support design reviews, risk management, and root cause investigations.
Collaborate with Systems, Digital, Mechanical, Software, Power, Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
