Job summary

Triumph Group in Forest, Ohio is seeking a Material Planning and Control Analyst to align materials, production schedules, and inventory with on‑time delivery goals. The role partners with Production, Supply Chain, and other departments to maintain data accuracy and manage ERP transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in material planning, production control, or a similar supply chain role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive action.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to bend, sit, stand, and occasionally lift 20–25 pounds in support of production activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules and material plans to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
• Execute material transactions in the ERP system, including creating and releasing job orders.
• Generate purchase requisitions based on demand.
• Sending reschedule notifications to Procurement.
• Monitor material availability, identify risks, and collaborate with Production and Supply Chain to resolve shortages or constraints.
• Prepare and publish required KPI reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in continuous improvement and High Performing Team initiatives aligned with TOS principles.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and cross‑functional partners.
• Support department flexibility through cross‑training and collaboration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
