Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in material planning, production control, or a similar supply chain role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive action.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to bend, sit, stand, and occasionally lift 20–25 pounds in support of production activities.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules and material plans to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
• Execute material transactions in the ERP system, including: Creating and releasing job orders; Generating purchase requisitions based on demand; Sending reschedule notifications to Procurement.
• Monitor material availability, identify risks, and collaborate with Production and Supply Chain to resolve shortages or constraints.
• Prepare and publish required KPI reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in continuous improvement and High Performing Team initiatives aligned with TOS principles.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and cross‑functional partners.
• Support department flexibility through cross‑training and collaboration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
