Qualifications

• BS degree in SCM/Operations/Engineering or related field (defense/manufacturing experience acceptable).
• 4+ years in materials management, planning, or inventory control in aerospace/defense/high-mix/low-volume hardware.
• Self-starter with discipline to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring/harness diagrams.
• Proven expertise managing complex BOMs and material tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain inventory accuracy in rapid prototyping.

Responsabilités

• BOM Management & Technical Interpretation: structure and maintain accurate BOMs from schematics and blueprints.
• Supply Chain & Purchasing Coordination: translate specs into requisitions and track critical lead-times.
• Receiving, Inventory & Kitting Control: oversee intake, verification, and serialized tracking of components.
• Autonomous Execution & Ownership: operate independently, anticipate bottlenecks, set priorities, resolve issues.
• Cross-Functional Workflow Leadership: connect engineering, quality, purchasing, and technicians to mitigate risks.
• Compliance & Traceability: ensure adherence to aerospace/defense standards and custody/traceability protocols.
