Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in Supply Chain, Engineering or PM.
• Experience with modern ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong communication in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program production schedules with master schedules.
• Create work orders for material to be kitted for manufacturing.
• Understand and communicate material lead times and inventory risk.
• Coordinate with functional groups to align procedures and ensure continuity.
• Monitor procurement performance and address issues proactively.
• Update status of parts and materials in systems.
• Identify and report issues to ensure part availability.
