• Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years in supply chain, engineering, or project management.
• ERP experience in manufacturing environments (SAP/Oracle).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program production schedules in collaboration with master schedules.
• Create work orders for material to be kitted for manufacturing.
• Communicate material lead times and inventory risk.
• Align procedures across multiple organizations and databases.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and production engineers on routing.
• Monitor procurement performance and address issues.
• Track work-in-process and report status.
• Update parts/materials status in systems; report problems.
• Coordinate raw material post-processing with outside vendors.
• Resolve discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with functions to expedite production and avoid delays.
