Job summary

True Anomaly seeks a Material Associate to support our supply chain, procurement, and production tasks for flight hardware. You will manage inbound/outbound materials, cycle counts, and documentation in a rigorous aerospace setting near Denver.

The role emphasizes reliability, problem solving, and scalable process improvements across warehousing, inventory control, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education.
• Minimum of 3+ years within a warehouse, supply chain, logistics, or material handling role.
• Experience in aerospace or similar highly regulated manufacturing industry is a significant plus.
• Understanding of Hazardous Goods (HAZMAT) shipping, storage, and handling.
• Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbers, and product specifications.
• Strong computer proficiency, including experience with WMS, ERP systems, or inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick/kit aerospace parts and components from inventory locations in support of manufacturing.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems to log inbound product receipts.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, reach trucks, forklifts) safely and efficiently to retrieve and move materials.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by cycle counts and ADHOC audits.
• Process outbound freight shipment including loading and completing supporting shipping documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within all warehousing areas.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and aerospace industry regulations; manage lineside production inventory ensuring manufacturing stock levels are always met.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives as directed by Supply Chain leadership.
