Job summary

True Anomaly, Inc. in the Denver area is seeking a Material Resource Planner to support the Supply Chain Master Scheduling and ensure timely delivery of flight hardware to orbit.

You will translate production requirements into material actions, monitor shortages, and work cross-functionally with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Engineering.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in material or scheduling, experience with ERP/MRP (SAP/Oracle), and strong Excel skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with MS Project or similar scheduling tools a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain MRP for assigned programs, aligning production schedules with material availability.
  • Monitor shortages, long-lead items, and critical-path components; escalate risks early.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Engineering to resolve material conflicts.
  • Support S&OP by providing up-to-date planning data for demand reviews.
  • Maintain data integrity in the ERP/MRP system, including BOMs and lead times.
  • Track schedule adherence and open orders; report material status.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.

YOUR MISSION

As a Material Resource Planner at True Anomaly, you will play a key role in executing our Supply Chain and Operations strategy. You will support the Supply Chain Master Scheduling and Planning team in maintaining production and supply schedules to ensure timely delivery of flight hardware to orbit. This role requires a detail-oriented planning professional who can translate production requirements into material and work order actions, identify shortages and constraints early, and work cross-functionally to keep programs on track.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and execute material requirements planning (MRP) for assigned programs, ensuring alignment between production schedules and material availability
  • Monitor material shortages, long-lead items, and critical-path components; upscale risks to the Supply Chain team proactively
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Engineering to resolve material and scheduling conflicts
  • Support the S&OP process by providing accurate, up-to-date planning data for demand review meetings
  • Maintain data integrity within the ERP/MRP system, including part records, lead times, and BOM structures
  • Track and report on schedule adherence, material shortages, and open order status
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes and tools

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree(or equivalent and relevant work experience)
  • 3-5 years of relevant material planning, production planning, or scheduling experience
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and understanding of MRP logic and work order management
  • Familiarity with S&OP processes and demand planning concepts
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and material plans concurrently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with MS Project or similar scheduling tools a plus

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Space-technology or launch vehicle manufacturing supply chain experience
  • APICS CPIM certification (or in progress)
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing environments
  • Experience supporting Propulsion, Structures, Power Systems, Avionics, or integration and test operations
  • Experience in a high-growth manufacturing environment or new program standup

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.
