Job summary

True Anomaly is hiring a Procurement Specialist to own indirect procurement, from RFQs to POs and invoicing. You will manage vendor relationships, track orders, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR as applicable.

The role demands an organized, execution-focused mind in a fast-moving environment near Denver or Long Beach. You will coordinate with legal on NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs, identify new vendors when needed, and drive process improvements to shorten cycle times while keeping stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of procurement or purchasing experience, with indirect spend exposure.
• Hands-on experience executing full procure-to-pay: RFQs, quotes, POs.
• Strong vendor management skills and ability to resolve disputes.
• Highly organized with ability to manage many open orders.
• Familiarity with procurement systems (Coupa, SAP, NetSuite) and similar.

Responsibilities

• Execute full procure-to-pay: RFQs, POs, delivery confirmation, invoicing.
• Maintain active vendor list for indirect categories and competitive options.
• Track open purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Support contract administration for indirect agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs).
• Serve as day-to-day contact for indirect vendors and resolve issues quickly.
• Identify new vendors when needed due to cost or capabilities.
• Escalate and resolve vendor disputes and invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain procurement records (POs, quotes, contracts) in the system of record.
• Support FAR/DFARS/ITAR compliance for indirect procurement.
• Identify process improvements to reduce cycle time.
• Communicate delivery status and cost variances clearly to stakeholders.
