Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking a Material Resource Planner to execute MRP, maintain production and supply schedules, and ensure timely delivery of flight hardware. The role requires translating production needs into material actions, spotting shortages early, and coordinating with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Engineering to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent and relevant work experience)
• 3-5 years of relevant material planning, production planning, or scheduling experience
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and understanding of MRP logic and work order management
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and demand planning concepts
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and material plans concurrently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with MS Project or similar scheduling tools a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute material requirements planning (MRP) for assigned programs, ensuring alignment between production schedules and material availability
• Monitor material shortages, long-lead items, and critical-path components; escalated risks to the Supply Chain team proactively
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Engineering to resolve material and scheduling conflicts
• Support the S&OP process by providing accurate, up-to-date planning data for demand review meetings
• Maintain data integrity within the ERP/MRP system, including part records, lead times, and BOM structures
• Track and report on schedule adherence, material shortages, and open order status
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes and tools
