Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Material Specialist to manage inventory control, handling, and distribution of aircraft parts for our 135 airline operations and MRO. You will ensure proper storage, traceability, and documentation for all components while supporting maintenance activities and shipping logistics.

The role requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and at least two years in aerospace materials stores, with ERP software proficiency and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years aerospace/aviation materials/stores experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Background check including verification of previous employment and education is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, control, and maintain aircraft parts and materials for airline and MRO operations.
• Ensure proper preservation and storage of all inventory items and shelf-life considerations.
• Process receiving and inspection with full traceability and documentation.
• Support packaging, shipping, and receiving of company materials and components.
