Job summary

ESAero in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to oversee low-rate initial production and coordinate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain. This role focuses on efficient processes and waste reduction to enable high-rate production.

You will build and manage production schedules, drive on-time deliveries, monitor material flow, and support ERP/MRP in a fast-paced ISO9001 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably manufacturing or industrial.
• Minimum 5 years in Production Engineering, NPI, or related field.
• Hands-on in both prototype and production environments.
• Experience with quality and manufacturing processes and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product transition from prototypes to high-rate production.
• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Supply Chain for schedule support.
• Monitor material flow from receipt to shipping and optimize bottlenecks.
• Run ERP/MRP inputs and outputs to drive project success.
