Omada International in Oklahoma City is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the master production schedule for aerospace manufacturing. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Program Management to translate customer requirements into executable plans while balancing capacity and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling, capacity planning, and aerospace processes; Epicor Kinetic ERP

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of production planning, scheduling, or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of MRP-based scheduling experience.
• Strong understanding of routings, work centers, BOMs, and lead times.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with CNC, assembly, inspection, and outside processing to balance loads.
• Review MRP outputs, validate planning data, and maintain schedule integrity in Epicor.
• Perform capacity planning and balance workloads with department managers.
• Track scheduling metrics and drive continuous improvement in ERP/MRP processes.
• Lead scheduling meetings and communicate priorities across teams.
