Job summary

A1J Technologies, LLC in San Jose, CA is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the master production schedule across a high-mix, low-volume precision manufacturing environment. You will translate demand into executable schedules, coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to manage capacity and lead times, and ensure timely customer delivery.

The role requires strong analytical capability, ERP proficiency, and the ability to establish disciplined scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 5+ years in production planning or master scheduling.
• Experience developing and maintaining production schedules in high-mix environments.
• Strong understanding of machine and labor capacity, lead times, and routing hours.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and accurate data maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated master production schedule aligned to customer demand and capacity.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality to balance workloads.
• Monitor schedule adherence and take corrective action for deviations.
• Lead or support priority review meetings and communicate scheduling decisions.
• Ensure ERP data integrity and timely status reporting.
