Job summary

A1J Technologies LLC is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and manage the integrated master production schedule for aerospace-grade precision manufacturing. You will translate customer demand into executable plans, balance capacity, and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to sustain on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, operations, industrial engineering, manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in production planning or master scheduling.
• Experience creating schedules in a high-mix manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of capacity, lead times, and routing hours.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling transactions.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and delivery risks.
• CPIM or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate an integrated master production schedule.
• Translate orders and backlog into executable production schedules.
• Maintain schedules by job, operation, and work center with dates.
• Define priorities and planned release dates with leadership.
• Manage schedule changes, expediting, and disruptions.
• Monitor progress and take corrective action for deviations.
• Coordinate scheduling with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Lead ERP scheduling processes and improve data integrity.
• Provide visibility into capacity utilization and potential shortfalls.
