Apex is seeking a Master Scheduler to own the company’s integrated master schedule, tying together product design, development, and program execution across all programs. You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, production, and program management to build credible schedules and surface risks early.

This senior role requires strategic oversight and hands-on scheduling, delivering on-time milestones in a fast-moving aerospace environment, with leadership updates on plan status.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in scheduling or program planning in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Experience building integrated schedules across multiple programs or teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering development and production processes.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated master schedule across all programs.
• Build design and development schedules with milestones, dependencies, and gates.
• Create and manage detailed program execution schedules to drive on-time delivery and efficient use of resources.
• Monitor progress against the master schedule and surface variances to leadership.
• Break down schedule tasks reflecting technical scope in engineering development and production.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, production, and program management to keep schedules aligned.
• Establish and maintain consistent scheduling processes, cadence, and standards.
