Job summary

Senior Aerospace SSP in California is seeking a Production Scheduler to support daily and weekly scheduling aligned with demand, material availability, and capacity. You will manage work orders in the ERP/MRP system, monitor WIP, and address material shortages while coordinating with various teams.

The role emphasizes organization, proactivity, and a foundation in production planning and ERP systems, with a 1st shift and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor preferred.
• 1–2 years in production planning, scheduling, or related fields.
• Familiar with ERP/MRP environments and Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules aligned with demand and capacity.
• Create, release, track, and review work orders in the ERP/MRP system.
• Monitor WIP, material shortages, and production performance; adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate schedule risks and collaborate with Purchasing and Operations.
• Support inventory control and generate scheduling reports; participate in continuous improvement.
