Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead for the 2nd shift at our Los Angeles, CA facility. The role will oversee daily production, lead a team of technicians, and coordinate between production, Quality and Engineering to ensure on-time performance.

The position involves assembling and testing mechanical assemblies and leading continuous improvement efforts. Qualified candidates will have7+ years in aerospace assembly/testing and at least 1 year of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7 years aerospace assembly/testing experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership or team-leading experience.
• Candidate must reside within 50 miles of Los Angeles, CA.
• Export-controlled information: U.S. person status required.

Responsibilities

• Assign work and ensure on-schedule production.
• Train operators and assist in team performance.
• Lead meetings and drive process improvements.
• Assemble and test mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
• Serve as liaison between production, Quality and Engineering.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and adhere to safety rules.
