Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FMC division seeks an Assembler A for the 2nd shift at our Los Angeles facility. You will assemble mechanical and some electrical subassemblies per blueprints and work instructions, using hand tools and calibrated gauges. Shift hours are 1:45pm–10:15pm, Monday through Friday.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in aerospace or manufacturing assembly. You must read English instructions, follow safety rules, and maintain quality with attention to

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Two years in assembly in manufacturing/aerospace/military.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of LA facility; US person required for export controls.
• Export regulations require US person eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical subassemblies and top assemblies per instructions.
• Read blueprints and use proper tooling; work with limited supervision.
• Perform cross-training, visual inspection, and maintain safe workspace.
• Adhere to procedures and document tooling calibration; overtime as needed.
